Respecto al envío, hubo una demora aproximada de 10 días en la entrega y se me cobró un monto de MXN$728 por la importación (México), situación especificada claramente en la descripción del producto y envío. La comunicación con el vendedor muy clara, eficiente y respetuosa. Ya que le dé mantenimiento actualizo.

It did however take a while to ship, I ordered it on 10/21, it shipped on 12/3, and delivered on 12/5. For the price of this camera, I really can’t complain about the shipping, especially since it was already stated in the description of the item. Whenever I had questions, the seller replied within 24 hours every time, usually within 12 too. Asked for either the item I bought or a refund of the difference in cost (as I'm not picky). Refund was sent same day. The player itself is in great condition and functions as new. No issues with charger. Both items were wrapped very well to keep them safe during shipping. Keep in mind, my player arrived in Japanese mode. I assumed it would, but not everyone will be aware.
