However, they refused to complete the sale, because they were unhappy with the price point at which it sold. They tried to get me to cancel, admitting they lowered the price but were unwilling to sell. I didn't want to do so, but they canceled anyway, with a reason of 'buyer wanted to cancel', which was a blatant lie. They violated the ebay terms and conditions for a seller. Beware of this seller, they may just cancel your order...

For whatever reason, it took way too long for the seller to actually ship the pencils - 2 weeks. However, once the pencils were with the international carrier, it took only 4 days to arrive at my front door. The seller offered a great deal on the price of the pencils, which included free shipping. When the pencils were delivered, they were well packaged, sealed and in excellent, brand new condition. I can wait to start using them. Thank you!
