They sent me a pair all scratched and dinged up with black marker attempting to cover the damages. The buds are defective, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I cannot even update the earbuds because with the constant disconnecting it causes the update to fail and start over. And over. And over. And over..... took almost a month to receive the item. Not worth it.
