I didn't notice the message until about a week later. So I contacted them and asked if we could just do a refund. They immediately processed the refund! This company is great. Hassle-free!! Will definitely be purchasing in the future 😉

Pulled second one out and woops the nylon on this one was chaffed and separating. I sent a message with photos . Also looked like a different webbing on nylon. Got a reply with in 5 minutes, and the message said very sorry and that another one was shipped immediately. No questions asked. Also message said no need to ship back. Pics were good.
