    Item not as advertised: I purchased this Sonos Playbase 5.1 because it was listed as Brand New and the seller had good reviews. But when I received this item, it was Not brand new and it had been previously used. I sent a nice message to the seller on July 23, 2025 about the discrepancy in his listing but never heard from them.
