    The item was exactly as described and pictured. My only complaint is that this handbag did not have the brass looking "feet" on the bottom which are present on my other Michael Kors handbag which is the same style. However, I do not blame the seller for this omission. Furthermore, I did ask the seller for more information and received the answer very quickly. Also the bag was wrapped extremely well for shipping.

    exactly as described. the box was kind of beat up which was no fault of the shipper more of the delivery service, wish there had been some packing material to help protect the contents. but luckily there was no damage
