My messages went unanswered for a while but after leaving feedback I received an apology & refund from the company. Although I wish it didn’t have to get to the point of my leaving feedback to get a response, ultimately they did the right thing & apologized & refunded me. Mistakes happen but what’s most important is that they address it & fix it. Since they’ve done both, I feel they are trustworthy sellers.
