After leaving the negative comment, the seller contacted me and made things right. Her communication and her desire to make me happy was over-the-top positive. She very quickly refunded my full paid price, including shipping and did not require me to return the product.She was very helpful, friendly and kind. She was more concerned about making things right than her making money.
