    Definitely was as described and bolted right up and definitely a great value and good quality looks really nice. It was packaged with foam and bubble wrap and that was good because the cardboard was put on in two sleeves from each end and had come apart in the middle and one end, but it was so well wrapped that it arrived in great condition.
