I contacted the Seller and I need to talk about this gentleman’s F’IN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Chirps upon receiving my inquiry only asked for photo proof of what was going on…after receiving photos he advised me to submit a return request with those photos and he would then refund in full. Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

Great seller communication. The value I received buying these used was excellent it’s just unfortunate this is my 3rd time having to buy the same glasses because I keep losing them. Quality seller and I’d recommend them.

The only thing is that it did not come with pads and I did not see in the description that pads were not included. I asked for the expiration date of the pads after the order was placed and then was told that there were no pads as stated in the description. I looked again and did not see it in the description, but leaving positive feedback because he was responsive to my requests and I feel like it was a misunderstanding.
