It was not very obvious the weld was insecure at first so it may not have been noticed before shipping. The other bracket worked as expected. These are pretty heavy duty and I expect this will work for what want. Just need to purchase some additional brackets.

The angle of the lower part of the gold hanger can be adjusted, but on the black one it is fixed at an upward 45 degree angle. Took three weeks.
