Although this is a refurbished unit, it looks and functioned like new, it fast and very quiet but I will upgrade the ram to 16 gb. This is a good system for every tasks, highly recommended. I wish the power button larger, the power button is too small and difficult to operate.

Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11
