The actual size of the item was bigger than I expected as the listing said 36x82 but that was the size of the door not of the screen. The listing didn't clearly list that the size of the actual screen was larger than the door measurement give, BUT I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and willing to either give me a refund, check and see if they had one in the actual size I needed, or if I chose to keep it the gave me a slight refund for the inconvenience.
