Seller asked for a good review prior to me receiving the item. Seller stated: “I left you positive feedback, and with so many negative people and scammers, it's important for me to reach out and request your positive feedback…” Very professional to ask for a good rating. A good review is earned from service/quality, not because good feedback was left for me. We offer 2 day shipment to those who purchase a membership. An independent repair shop fixed the actual problem, which had nothing to do with the battery or charger. While the seller refunded the item cost after I provided the repair receipt, they did not reimburse my original shipping costs and only covered half of the return shipping. Client tried scams during the process requesting device be shipped elsewhere for return & new issues upon getting device back that were not disclosed prior to diagnostic & not present during testing such as smoke & shorting. Client wasted time. We lost 50% on shipping.
