  Great value item as described and well packaged. The item still wasn't dispatched on the day it was meant to arrive. No reply to my messages and then eventually out of the blue the item showed as dispatched and arrived 2 days later. I can't fault the item or the value for money but after reading other people's feedback, it seems dispatch and delivery are never as expected.

  Item was ordered at the end of May. Arrived early July. Each piece of the patio set was badly stained with drips from the oil application before delivery. I complained and the seller was exceptional with their communication and reassurance of a resolution from their supplier Charles Taylor. Patio set was swapped early August and now very happy with my purchase and I can enjoy the summer! Highly recommend the seller and the patio set. Superb quality at a great price. Many thanks
