I contacted the seller about the item being fake silver and he never responded back. So I then went through eBay to ask for a refund due to the item being falsely sold under the pretense that it was authentic 925 Silver and when he responded to eBay's request for a refund he offered a partial refund of $5. Then he messaged me personally and told me if I leave a positive review he will give me a full refund. Unfortunately, it evidently did not lead to an agreement. We still provided a full refund while the customer kept the item, as we always aim to act professionally.
