    The refurbished item is working as if it were brand new. The seller does a great job with description and everything. It was packed very well and there was no chance of anything getting damaged. Truly a top notch seller and I am not related to them. I ran into an issue when navigating the advanced settings and it required a pin number that wasnt included. I messaged the seller and had the pin number within 12 minutes. That's service!!! Thank you

    Pellet press was safely packed and arrived in mint condition. Shipping was fast and when the item was returned for troubleshooting, the shipping was free both ways. The item had been shipped without the oil but was remedied quickly and when i returned, it worked as expected. Customer service is excellent and efficient. Friendly and respectful. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future equipment needs and order from them again.
