The seller was NOT at fault in any way, and has been extremely helpful, sending out a replacement for the missing reel, which thankfully arrived. The fault, in my opinion, lies squarely at the door of Royal Mail, whose standards have dropped drastically over the last year or so. A+++++ to the seller. Highly recommended.
