When I asked thwm to help me, the only option I was given was to return the hammer drill. The druill itself seems fine, but I will be much more cynical about buying more items from a seller that doesn't care about selling items that don't meet the descrition. I bought a USB stapler from toolsdirect the very next day. Great communication, prompt shipping, and the item was as described. It's true you won't get your item 'double boxed' (the shipping label is on the original packaging), but that not only keeps a cardboard box out of the landfill, it allows this seller to keep offering free shipping. I think she is trying to tell me something. Anyway, I’m returning this one and so far the return process is going smoothly
