The packing could have been a little better in that a few more pieces of tape would have held the bubble wrap in place better. There were 2 areas of damage that were not disclosed in the description and I did not notice in the photos, that may have happened during shipping. I did not contact the seller as overall I was satisfied with the transaction. I did not expect any refund and planned to keep the decanter. Thank you!

Packaging was secure item arrived as described and undamaged. It was the cheapest yet best Blu-ray player I could find anywhere. I would recommend this seller.
