They responded one time saying they were attempting to make it right and then nothing happened. Seller doesn’t respond at all now. I’m not happy at all. Horrible customer service. At this point the rating is negative numbers. Not even a 1.

What I received was nothing like the representative photo in the eBay description. 3 of the pen blanks had cracks in them, making them unusable. I sent a message to the seller to discuss and he/she did not respond. I should've listened to the reviews but I really wanted to get some cool wood for a Christmas gift for my father. This is obviously nothing like the photos and a cheaper kind of scale. Sent a message to the seller with no response. Very disappointed, do not order from them!
