The product itself was wrapped in heavy plastic with small bubble wrap around it. It was placed in a box and then the box was wrapped in large bubble wrap. This was placed in a heavy walled box taped up with reinforced fiber tape. These guys did an amazing job, far better than you will ever see. It had seen some hard times. I worked on the motor and got it running at some cost to me so I contacted the seller and we came to an agreement and they adjusted the final payment. It ended up that I got the motor that I needed and some education of repairing electric motors. Their customer service was outstanding and they went out of their way to help me.
