Items in good condition, and work well so far (used the crank puller) But the delivery service Orange Connex to Freightster was terrible. They tagged the delivery as “attempted but failed” due to no one being home, i was home and have security cameras all over. No one came, they lied …then when they came they threw my parcel from top of steps. Disgusting treatment of my property.

Price was also reasonable compared to other sites. Only issue was the lack of update on delivery arrangements after the first one indicating it was processed for delivery.
