No flashy packaging or manual, but we always recommend using the online instructions to read the factoids while building. Item did look repackaged, but all the parts bags and instructions arrived. There were issues with the set, mostly related to items missing from bags sealed by the original manufacturer and other building issues related to the original manufacturer. There were no issues with the work that the reseller did, would have no issue using again.
