The item was as described and of good quality, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for me. I asked for a refund promptly and received a kind message from the seller, offering to refund the entire amount including the shipping cost. I was thanked, and told to “pass it on to someone in need or to donate it.” I am a thrift shopper myself and appreciate the gesture of donating.
