They need to confirm the message before printing. They also then sent a copy of the message for it to be checked for any error. Was very very happy with the company and the way they update you. ALTHOUGH THE PACKAGING WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION AND APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN CRUSHED, THANKFULLY THE BASKET INSIDE WAS UNHARMED.
