Just say delivered and return if you don’t want it. Seller did not respond until I contacted eBay. Then seller proceeded to tell me the pictures I sent of the damaged lights were not what he shipped out. He ignored my efforts to communicate, and when I used the eBay procedure for returns, claimed the batteries were used and issued a refund for half the amount. As you can see in the photo, the batteries I received and returned are sealed in the original blister pack.
