I sent him a picture of the broken item as requested. The item was only a $10 so I wasn’t going to repackage it and send it back which would cost more than the item. I asked him nicely for a refund and he sent stated using threatening language that I was going to be reported to EBay. I have done hundreds of eBay deals and this was the worst. All we did was ask for a photo of the box the item was shipped in which we need to collect on the insurance. USPS requires this. She went on a tirade demanding a refund and a replacement. She never asked ‘nicely’ for anything. And yes,her threats were reported. If leaving negative feedback over something that could have been easily fixed makes her feel good about herself that’s fine. And if that’s the worst that happens to me today I’ll be okay.
