At least the item was delivered to my door. Product good, still very fiddly but I did use an old RJ45 hole guide from an old - not straight through connector to help me align - I had to remove it before inserting the wires into the new very slightly narrower plug. It all worked well. I am using CAT 6 cable and am not massively experienced.
