I contacted the seller and they told me they did not believe me and they needed a video. So they said they would not honor their warranty without a video record. I am 70 year old man and I have no method of make a recording. So the bottom line is I am being called a liar. I bought this in good faith and I did not want this type of issue to happen.

Packaging was excess with extra bubble wrap to ensure the av receiver was intant when it arrived. Great value also for the price.
