The laptop was packaged very well, showed up in described very good condition with only a few minor scratches on the lid and none on the inside. There was some sticker residue that came off easily with rubbing alcohol. Functions like a brand new one. Couldn't be happier!

I've been running heavy duty DFT simulations on it for the past 3 days and has yet to disappoint. Only complaint I have is that, upon first boot, the system threw a warning about the 65W AC power cord not being powerful enough for the laptop. I managed to solve this problem by turning the screen light down quite a bit.

The keycaps all look new, and it appears the 1tb ssd I requested is brand new. Was not expecting that so I’m very thankful :3 I installed Ubuntu and all the other hardware is working perfectly.

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well.
