The gloves were supplied brand new and unused. The damage reported appeared to be from wear during use, rather than a manufacturing fault, which we cannot take responsibility for. As a goodwill gesture, we still offered a partial refund. We always aim to be fair and helpful, and regret that this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for.

My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. Had to get it checked by 3rd party. Terrible seller, I recommend you buy elsewhere.SRAM PG 1130 11 Speed Cassette - 11-42t - Black (N° 335739720420)
