Items arrived well-packaged and as described, offering good value. Since the CPUs are old stock, the factory thermal paste is degraded, causing overheating under load. I plan to delid and apply new paste, which voids the return policy. Nonetheless, great seller, and I’ll buy again.

The seller sent the product in agreement with the Brazilian standards. I was not called to the customs office to explain what would be happening. The office returned the product. I reported what happened to the seller and eBay and was compensated for the amount paid. Thanks.
