I didn't pay attention to the GPU being uhd 620 which was weaker than what I needed, but AAA's return policy was amazing (even without Ebay's own poor return policy that stops canceling and remaking) and allowed me to get a different AAA pc with an Nvidia GPU. 10/10

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well.
