Lip balm was ordered and sent in a good shape. EBay informed the buyer the estimated delivery date and kept sending updated status of the package. This buyer said she was not at home for a few days during the delivery and picked up the package 3 days after the delivery. The lip balm is melt under high heat in her mailbox for a few days. I think people with wisdom know who should be responsible.
