Not once, but twice. When one piece was sent wrong. At no charge. They didn’t give me any hassle at all. They stayed in contact till they got it right, and I was totally satisfied. This is the company that knows customer service, integrity, and making their customers happy. Which in turn makes them and me a return customer service.
