Eddie was amazing to work with, the ring was BEAUTIFUL! Shipping was fast, I couldn't believe the WONDERFUL presentation when the ring arrived, my husband and I literally gasped. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't quite what I needed, Eddie had no problem accepting the return, sent the return label immediately and refunded my account right away.
