In their defense, I could not get the system to power up but apparently upon receipt back to them, they were able to power it up. Not sure what went wrong there but regardless TopDealPC is a reputable seller on ebay and their communication through this was excellent.

The seller also provided valuable and timely technical support, advising me to update the sytem BIOS so that I could run my Linux OS of choice.
