Item was dispatched next day properly wrapped in antistatic bag and then further protected with bubble wrap and posted in a sturdy box. Item was the one in the photo rather than an 'alternative'. Value for money excellent as it included an 8 core processor. The vendor even provided a new button CMOS battery, outputs fascia plus a tube of thermal paste. I didn't need to contact the seller but am in no doubt had I done so his communication would have been equally exceptional.

The seller was very graciously willing to negotiate on the price, packaged the computer exceptionally well, sent it immediately with a good courier and it came in immaculate condition, just as described. Highly recommended seller.
