When I reached out about it, the seller was quick to reply and work on getting it moving again. The package arrived the next day in better than described condition. Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!
