It was securely wrapped and well protected and arrived without incurring any damage. The overall condition is almost perfect with only a small scuff to the rear case. A new VGA, USB and power cord were supplied with the screen which ensured a quick and easy connection to my pc. I am extremely pleased with the performance of the screen and I am particularly satisfied with the price.

Delivery was quick and the products were very well packaged. The only small issue was a couple of minor pieces missing from the (brand new) stand (a particular bolt and a plastic clip) - though I don't blame the seller for this as the pieces were obviously not included by the manufacturer.
