  I've had an incredible experience with this seller.   My 2nd jacket. Item arrived nicely wrapped with a bow tied ribbon. Suede colour is a lovely chocolate brown and matched the picture I sent. It is soft, though the previous olive green suede jacket I received previously was even better; that one had a buttery softness that I've not seen on any other jacket, and I have possessed a few in the past from reiss, boss and all saints. Sizes were followed and the zip puller was done in suede as requested. Thanks for the great service once again
