His listing made it look like the turntable stylus was new, in the sealed factory packaging. There was a second stylus that was an opened package in the listing. When I received the package I only got one of the two styluses and the one I got was opened instead of sealed. He was rude when I told him about this. He wouldn't give me a refund. I had to contact eBay to get a refund. He then opened an item not received case AFTER ITEM WAS DELIVERED and then claims he never got both items AFTER A PARTIAL REFUND was issued when we both agreed that sending out 1 out of the 2 items was fine.
