The Intel Core 2 Duo T9500 2.6 GHz is a high-performance, low-power mobile microprocessor, designed to work with your laptop and other mobile devices. Based on a revolutionary Intel Core architecture, the Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6 GHz device delivers solid benchmarks and specifications. Thanks to its energy-efficient design, the Intel processor runs quiet and cool even under heavy load. The Intel 64 architecture delivers 64-bit computing on a variety of platforms, vastly improving the processor's capabilities by allowing systems to utilize over 4GB of virtual and physical memory. The Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6 GHz microprocessor contains a front-side bus architecture. The FSB carries data between the CPU and the memory controller hub on the processor. The T9500's FSB operates at a speed of 800 Mhz, so these processors are fast and lithe. Moreover, the 6MB L2 cache memory, which stores the most frequently accessed data on the Intel Core CPU, is useful for keeping your programs running at optimal speeds. The Intel Core 2 Duo T9500 2.6 GHz is compatible with BGA479, PGA478, or PPGA478 socket motherboards and features a 45nm design.
