They arrived quickly and were well-packaged in anti-static bags, foam blocks and sturdy cardboard boxes. The drives were the same model, but with different label styles, both reported 0 hours of use when installed. One drive had all but three months of remaining warranty, the other had nine months elapsed. That was really the only minor issue, but for the price, I’m very happy! I’d buy them again without hesitation.

No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.

Had to send the faulty drive back to China, at my own expense, which was not reimbursed, so that’s not good at all considering none of this was my fault, so I am now down $40. Ultimately though the new one arrived and works fine. The hard drive is exactly what I needed and arrived extremely well packed to ensure there was no chance of damage in transit. This is really appreciated indeed! Seller shipped my drives very quickly and with tracking I was able to know exactly when they would arrive. Have alreadt formatted and put several of the drives into use and they are purring along nicely with no issues according to DriveDx.
