No HDL strips, no LDL strips, and no glucose strips. Furthermore, upon sending messages asking for the strips to be sent to me, I got something more like a form letter that told me I could return the meter and get a refund. I told them in several messages I did not want to return the meter; I just wanted to test strips to be mailed to me. Additionally, it took four days to ship after payment.

It arrived in an amazon package with an amazon return label. I looked up the item on amazon and it was $18, versus the $36 I paid the ebay seller. I complained, and the seller said I can return the item, but it's been over a week and I'm still waiting to receive the return label. If it's going to come from amazon, I might as well buy it myself and save $18.
