I guess it just doesn't have the amperage to charge 2 high consumption devices at the same time. Suggest this may be better suited for lower consumption devices (eg. lights, older phones, game console controllers ect.)

I have tested it with AAA battery and it works as expected. The box was somewhat squashed during delivery but the item inside was protected by a plastic tray and it was not damaged. Excellent value, I would recommend the seller for their excellent service.
