Only real suggestion is that other, lower cost shipping options should be available as $20 for a 50g parcel is just too much. Bottom line, however - they had the part (which I couldn't get anywhere else), it's a genuine Samsonite part that fitted perfectly, and it arrived very promptly. Many thanks.
