Offered free shipping and was more concerned about the price than the safety of the horses. BUT when I contacted them they responded quickly to apologize and offered a more than fair partial refund. Horses were as described. Good value. Shipping was decent timing due to the holiday.

It was heavily packaged with bubble wrap to ensure it was safe and it was delivered earlier than expected. Shipping company seemed to had made a mistake and slightly hit the remote. But after contacting the seller, He didn't hesitate to give a partial refund to replace it, Even though it was the shipping company's fault. I accepted the partial and the figure and it was packed well and I appreciated the communication. The seller is very forthcoming if an issue is discovered before it is shipped. If you have any doubts about what you're buying know that if something is discovered you will be notified. Great experience, will buy again.
