Although listed as new with a blemished box the item appears to be an open-box return and was missing a couple of screws. This was noticeable from light scuffs on the pedals and screws, likely from a test installation and removal. That said, everything is still in like-new condition aside from the minor blemishes and the worn box. Overall, it’s a good item—just not brand new.
